I have right to cancel a commission and do not refund any payment if there is any violation to the T.O.S.

I have right to refuse any commission requests for personal reasons .

I retain all rights to my commissions and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction (with client's permissions), self-promotion and displays on Social media and portfolio as samples (with crediting to the client as the owner).

Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes.

Do not take credit for my artwork / claim it as your own.

Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, color draft,...) I provide for any other purpose beside commissioning me and your personal use.

Do not edit / alter my artwork without my permission.

All of my arts, under any circumstances, cannot be use for NFTs, blockchain, crypto currency, AI image generators and future inventions of these technologies.

After discussing the requests and price, 100% of the price has to be sent before the start of work.

Payment can be done via Momo / Internet banking / Paypal.

A refund can only be accepted if I am unable to meet the deadline.

In this case, when a commissioner wishes for a refund, they will receive fully 100% if no steps have been taken at all, 50% if no coloring has begun, 25% if the artwork is colored, but not yet rendered. Once the artwork is rendered but not finished, only 10% of the price or less is refundable.

There will be 3 stages of update following with 3 stages of feedback:

I will send you the sketch, you will give me feedback on what to change / fixed / removed / added or if I'm allowed to continue.

I will send you the color sketch, you will give me feedback mostly on whether the color / light / mood is correct or not, small details can be fixed but no big change on the composition / design / pose is allowed.

I will send you the full illustration, you will give me feedback to finalize the work and confirm the completion of the commission.

I will try to get commissions done from 2 weeks to 3 months. If there is any delay, I will inform you in advance.

Deadlines can be considered as long as you have warned me in the commission form, and extra fee will be added to skip ahead in line.

Commissions are usually done in order, but it is not a must. I can adjust the order based on the details, specific requests and timeline of each commission.

Please provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece in high quality. Visual references and written references are fine.

Please be as specific as possible when ordering, so that we can discuss with each other thoroughly in case there is any misunderstanding or inconvenience in the request.

All commissions will be in A4 size / 300-350 DPI / PNG by default. If you want any alteration, please include the detail preset in the commission form.

The finished artwork will be sent via email or google drive link in .png image format. This does not include the working files (.psd, .csp). File will be of highest resolution (300-350dpi) and include a watermark.

The price below is applied for personal commissions only. Commercial works will have additional commercial fees. Usually doubled. But there are some cases where I am allowed to earn % commission based on that value over time they are used. Please contact me via email for further negotiation.
